Given the particular nature of the proposed trips, the daily itineraries could vary because of the weather conditions and/or the temporary closing of the tracks and/or the dolomites passes. The guides and the team consider the security and the safety of the participants at the first place, so if dangers will eventually occur, caused by events above mentioned, the daily itinerary will be inevitably varied.
The bookings are subject to availabily of places for the selected period. You will receive booking details by fax or mail from Upperski, who will consider the booking confirmed only after having received a 30% deposit (or for full cost in case of “last minute” bookings) of the tour.
The balance payment is due no later than 60 days before the established date of departure. The prices are quoted in euro (€) and are all inclusive, taxes included; they do not include personal expenses or additional fees, such as telephon calls, items from the mini-bar, beverages consumed during meals (lunch and dinner).
Booking of the tour must be done only by e-mail underwriting the annexed form and filling in it all information required, contextual immediate prepayment of 30% of the total cost of the tour is required. Full payment must be settled within 60 days before the start date of the tour, different payment agreements can be agreed only in case of “last minute” bookings. If the payment is not fulfilled within the agreed above-mentioned dead time, or other agreements by written contract, the booking will be cancelled and in conformity of the regulations provided (see Cancellations and Refunds) penalty will be applied.
CHANGES YOUR BOOKING
Once booked, you can change the date of your trip no later than 45 days before your departure, it will be applied €100,00 late booking fee for each day of the itinerary agreed. Change requests made 29 days or less before the departure are each subject to a €150,00 late booking fee. These fees will be applied in addition to any other costs incurred because of the change. Upperski make you notice that the variations of the itinerary caused by adverse weather conditions are not included in the price.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
These charges are a percentage of the total cost of the booking. The days indicated are from thE trip departure date.
TRAVEL CONTRACT AND RESPONSABILITY
Bookings are regulated by the present general conditions, by the law n.111 of March 1995, by the ECC directive n. 90/314, and from the law n.1084 of 27/12/1977. In any case the responsibility will not exceed the limits foreseen by the above mentioned laws. In case of “force majeure”, the Tour Operator reserves the right to change hotels with others Nearby Upperski is not responsible for any damages caused by the client.
